Apple has announced the release of its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the iPhone 17e, priced at $599 and set to launch on March 11. The new device features the A19 chip with Apple Intelligence support and offers 256 GB of storage, double the capacity of the previous generation at the same starting price. Notable upgrades include the addition of MagSafe and Qi2 for wireless charging up to 15W. The iPhone 17e is available in black, white, and a new soft pink color variant. Apple’s C1X modem promises faster speeds and 30% less energy consumption compared to its predecessor. The device boasts a 48-megapixel camera with Fusion technology for optical-quality 2x Telephoto shots and 4K video recording at up to 60 fps with Dolby Vision. Additionally, the iPhone 17e supports Spatial Audio for immersive listening experiences.
