Gamma, a platform utilizing AI for presentation and website creation, has launched Gamma Imagine, a new image-generation product aimed at improving its competitive position against major players like Canva and Adobe. This new tool allows users to generate brand-specific assets such as interactive charts, visualizations, marketing collateral, social graphics, and infographics through text prompts.
The platform currently offers over 100 templates that users can leverage alongside its AI capabilities to craft a variety of assets tailored to their needs. To enhance its data-driven asset generation features, Gamma is integrating with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, Atlassian, n8n, and Superhuman Go.
Gamma’s CEO and co-founder, Grant Lee, highlighted the platform’s positioning between professional tools like Adobe or Figma and conventional solutions like Microsoft PowerPoint. Lee emphasized Gamma’s focus on catering to knowledge workers and business professionals who require visual communication tools but lack design resources.
Having secured $68 million in a Series B funding round last November, Gamma boasts significant user growth, nearing 100 million users. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to providing innovative AI-driven solutions to meet the evolving needs of a diverse user base.
