Roborock, a prominent player in the robot vacuum market, introduced the latest additions to its lineup at CES 2026. The Roborock Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic feature an upgraded AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, enabling them to navigate various surfaces with ease. One notable capability is the bots’ ability to climb over thresholds up to 3.3 inches tall, including double-layer thresholds. Additionally, the dynamic chassis elevation allows for improved carpet cleaning by automatically adjusting the bot’s height for different carpet pile heights, up to 1.2 inches high.
These enhancements not only improve cleaning performance but also reduce the need for user intervention, as the robots can free themselves when stuck. Furthermore, the Saros 20 Sonic model boasts an enhanced VibraRise 5.0 sonic mop, offering superior mopping capabilities with customizable water flow and vibration settings for diverse flooring types.
Roborock has yet to disclose the pricing details for these advanced robot vacuum cleaners, but they are expected to hit the market later this year, catering to consumers seeking cutting-edge cleaning solutions.
