Ferrari has unveiled the interior design of its inaugural all-electric supercar, the Ferrari Luce, showcasing a collaboration with Jony Ive, the former chief designer at Apple. The Luce, previously known as Elettrica, marks Ferrari’s foray into the electric vehicle market.
While the car’s exterior remains under wraps, the interior design hints at Ive’s signature aesthetic of sleek minimalism blended with physical controls, deviating from the expected all-touchscreen interface. The materials used, including anodized aluminum, bear Ive’s distinctive design language, with rounded corners reminiscent of Apple devices.
The collaboration between Ferrari and Ive’s design firm, LoveFrom, has been ongoing for five years and culminates in the Luce, showcasing a fusion of automotive excellence and tech-inspired elegance. The exterior of the Ferrari Luce is scheduled to be unveiled in May 2026, building anticipation for the complete unveiling of the electric supercar.
