Samsung has unveiled the details of its much-anticipated trifold phone, the ‘Galaxy Z TriFold.’ According to reputable gadget leaker Evan Blass, the device features a 6.5-inch cover display with a maximum brightness of 2600 nits. When unfolded, it transforms into a spacious 10-inch display capable of reaching a peak brightness of 1600 nits.
The phone is expected to house a powerful 200-megapixel main camera, a 5,437mAh battery, and a Snapdragon SoC. The three panels of the Galaxy Z TriFold vary in thickness, ranging from 3.9mm to 4.2mm, allowing the phone to achieve a sleek folded profile of approximately 12.1mm, slightly thinner than Huawei’s trifold offering.
While these leaked specs are generating excitement, Samsung is yet to officially confirm them. Speculations about the launch date have surfaced, with the latest rumors pointing to a possible December 5th release in Korea, priced at around $3,000.
