Lenovo has recently introduced a range of new ThinkPads and a ThinkBook laptop at MWC 2026, featuring significant updates and chip offerings. Among the new releases, the standout device is the X13 Detachable tablet, which now boasts a larger 13-inch touchscreen with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 2880 x 1920 resolution, and a 120Hz variable refresh rate.
The X13 Detachable offers Intel Panther Lake chip options and comes with an improved keyboard cover featuring more contoured, full-size keycaps and a deeper 1.5mm key travel, providing a more robust typing experience akin to a traditional ThinkPad. Additionally, the stylus is now conveniently housed within the keyboard for charging via pogo pins, a notable upgrade over the previous design.
Other models like the ThinkPad T14 and T16 feature reduced bezels around their screens and are configurable with the latest Intel and AMD chips. The Intel versions of these laptops utilize LPCAMM2 RAM for enhanced power efficiency while ensuring upgradability and easier repair processes.
